General Product Description
True Raw Hair Extensions offers 100% raw, unprocessed human hair sourced directly from single donors in Vietnam. Our hair is free from chemicals, synthetic fibers, or steam-processing, ensuring you receive natural textures that are full, durable, and long-lasting. Because our hair is raw, each bundle is unique and may vary slightly in curl pattern, wave, or color tone — a natural characteristic of authentic, untreated human hair.
All products are hand-selected, thoroughly inspected, and designed to blend seamlessly with a variety of hair types. Our bundles can be colored, straightened, curled, and reused with proper care. With professional handling and maintenance, True Raw Hair can last 1–3+ years depending on usage.

Return & Exchange Policy
At True Raw Hair Extensions, we take great pride in the quality of our raw hair and your satisfaction is very important to us. Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on hair extensions once they have been shipped.
However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive the wrong item, length, or texture due to an error on our part, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. The hair must be returned in its original condition — unwashed, unaltered, unused, and with all original ties and packaging intact. Upon approval, we will gladly correct the issue with an exchange or store credit.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as “I no longer want the hair,” “I ordered the wrong texture/length,” or “I thought it would look different.”

Hair that has been worn, brushed, combed, colored, installed, or tampered with in any way is not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping Policy
At True Raw Hair Extensions, we work hard to ensure your order is processed, packed, and delivered in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your hair will arrive.
Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Carrier:
We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic and international orders. Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses.

Signature Confirmation:
All orders over $200 will require a signature upon delivery to ensure your package arrives safely. If no one is available to sign, the carrier may hold your package for pickup or attempt redelivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
True Raw Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been scanned by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Address:
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, and your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
